07 — YOUR CONTENT
Contentyou create.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services — your store design, product listings, community posts, and similar content ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, communicate, publish, publicly display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You can revoke this license by deleting your content or your account, except where we're required to keep it for legal reasons or for backup purposes.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
10 — RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Aboutresults.
We're upfront about this: e-commerce is a business, and businesses don't come with guaranteed outcomes.
Any earnings or income statements we share are estimates or examples, not promises. Nothing on the Services should be taken as financial, tax, or legal advice. If you need that kind of advice, consult a qualified professional.
Important
Results vary — a lot. Individual results depend on your effort, market conditions, product selection, advertising strategy, and many other factors outside our control. Testimonials on our site are real but not typical. We make no guarantees about sales, revenue, profit, or any other outcome. What we do guarantee is the tools, the training, and the support — what you do with them is on you.
13 — LIABILITY
Limitationof liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, partners, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you.
